Downingtown Borough has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY effective at 7:00pm this evening. (March 13, 2017)

All residents and businesses along the Snow Emergency Routes shall remove all parked vehicles from those streets. Any vehicle left parked on those streets will be ticketed and towed.

Residents on the 200 blocks of Mary and William Streets relocate their vehicles to a snow emergency lot in their area (Alert Fire Company – back lot, off of Stuart Avenue).

All residents are urged to use their off-street parking (driveways) during this snow event.

Residents should also be aware that shoveling snow into the street is prohibited.
